Social media platforms are widely used as a channel for delivering various messages and content to a specific target audience. In May of this year, a BSMS / Norstat survey found that 44% believe that social networks tend to lack quality digital content. 36% believe that there is more quality digital content. Only 3% in response to the question "Do you think social networks have quality digital content?" replied "Yes, definitely".
For people whose native language is Russian, these indicators are even lower in Latvia, i.e. the content is more often considered to be of poor quality. What does quality digital content mean?
